Volume buying should have a discount, but crunch the numbers to make sure it actually adds up for you.
You should be able to count on your personal trainer to lead you through challenging workouts and exercises that get you in better shape and improve your health. However, some might also offer complementary or supplementary services. These would vary on a case by case basis, but they could involve aspects related to health and wellness such as nutritional advice, massage work, and even yoga. These are great things to work on in conjunction with your regular exercise routine so that you see a synergistic effect from your efforts, but you might also need to branch out and get those services from others who might be better at them.
